OnRamp Access, LLC respects and is committed to protect your privacy. This privacy policy describes the ways we collect information about you and what we do with that information.

What information do we collect?

OnRamp collects identifying information including name, address, title, e-mail address, company affiliation, IP address, information regarding service configuration and selection or other information that may identify you individually.

OnRamp does not intentionally collect or maintain, and does not want you to provide, any information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or other sensitive information.

How do we collect information?

OnRamp uses a variety of mechanisms to collect information, including:

  • Collection on our website, over the phone, or in other written or verbal communications.
  • Via third party information providers
  • Automated technical means on our website to track your behavior.

OnRamp uses cookies, web beacons, widgets and other computer software code to track your use of our website using third party tools and agencies.

OnRamp uses Google Advertising Features and the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration to collect Demographic and Interest data about users in order to offer relevant content to audiences.

What do we do with the information?

We use the information about you to more effectively provide support for services which you have purchased and make you aware of additional services that OnRamp provides.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We may provide information to business partners for the purpose of supporting the services we have sold to you or jointly marketing our services to you.

Your personal information may also be transferred in connection with a sale, merger, transfer or exchange of OnRamp’s business or assets.

OnRamp uses Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. This means that third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet. OnRamp and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies together to report on how our ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our site.

OnRamp may be required by law enforcement agencies or judicial authorities to provide personal data on individual users. In matters involving a danger to personal or public safety, OnRamp may voluntarily share personal data with appropriate governmental authorities. In circumstances involving a breach of OnRamp’s Acceptable Use Policy, OnRamp may share personal data with governmental authorities and with the companies that provide Internet connectivity to OnRamp. OnRamp may also disclose personal data where necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating OnRamp’s Acceptable Use Policy or other user policies, to operate OnRamp’s services properly, or to protect OnRamp or its customers, or to enforce our agreements with you.

How do we protect your information?

Security

OnRamp has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use commercial industry-standard methods to protect your information from unauthorized access. Among other techniques, we store such information on a computer behind our “firewall” in a secure location. Of course, there is no such thing as perfect security, and whatever the level of security, it is always possible that security breaches could occur. OnRamp is not responsible for damages caused by the intentional wrongful actions of others that result in a breach of security.

Opting Out of Communications

You may remove yourself from our marketing lists or prevent us from disclosing your information to a third party or for using it for a purpose other than specified here without your prior consent by sending e-mail requesting such a change to marketing@onr.com.

Data Integrity

OnRamp shall only process personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual. To the extent necessary for those purposes, Company shall take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.

Access

OnRamp shall allow an individual access to their Personal Information and allow the individual to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the individual in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated

OnRamp Customers Who Hold Private Data

OnRamp’s services include acting as an Internet Service Provider, a Managed Services Provider and a Cloud Services Provider to customers. When providing these services, OnRamp does not determine the purposes and means of processing any private data which our customers may place on those services. When providing these services, OnRamp is acting merely as a “conduit” for data handled by third parties. Although OnRamp educates its customers on the methods to reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data, each individual OnRamp customer determines the criticality of their data, identifies the appropriate methods to protect the data and directs OnRamp to assist, when necessary, in protecting the data as the Customer deems fit.

Unless required by legal action to do otherwise, OnRamp does not directly respond to third party requests pertaining to private data held by OnRamp’s customers on OnRamp’s services or in its facilities. In such an instance, OnRamp notifies the appropriate customer of such request and, at the direction of the customer, facilitates the Customer’s appropriate response to the request by delivering services to the customer as detailed in our agreements with the customer.

Verification and Enforcement

OnRamp uses a self-assessment approach to assure compliance with this privacy policy. OnRamp periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented and accessible and in conformity with the Principles. We encourage interested persons to raise any concerns using the contact information provided and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information in accordance with the Principles.

If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, we agree to dispute resolution using BBB EU SAFE HARBOR as a third party resolution provider.

Amendments

This privacy policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor. We will post any revised policy on this website.

Information Subject to Other Policies

OnRamp is committed to following the Principles for all Personal Information within the scope of the Safe Harbor Agreement. However, certain information is subject to policies of the Company that may differ in some respects from the general policies set forth in this privacy policy.
