deposits and fees

There is a $15 deposit which includes a disc lock and is refundable upon move-out and return of the lock. There is a one time $10 administration fee on all units upon move-in. The only minimum rental period is 1 month.

Rent is prorated on move-in and on move-out, if move-out is before the 15th of any month. If you pay for 6 months in advance, you get the 7th month free.

There is a $10 late fee if rent is not paid by the 5th of each month. We take MC, Visa, AmEx, Discover, checks, cash and money orders. We do not send bills.

5X5 and 5X10 units are all located on an interior hallway. All other units are drive-up. We do not have any climate controlled units.

Parking is $40. There is a waiting list for parking spaces.
