Albert Huffstickler
1927-2002

It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Albert Huffstickler on February 25, 2002. Huff was an early and dear friend of the Nerve Cowboy. His poetry and art appeared in each issue up to #14. Liquid Paper Press published two Huff chapbooks, Hindsight, or How I Survived the Depression in 1997, and Learning to Lie in 2001.

when I die
it will just
be for a little
then I'll
wake up standing
beside a road
in the morning
light.
