- he felt at home. But the
- edge is the edge and it's
- like that moment when
- Nijinsky floated poised
- above the stage--that long
- instant when there was
- no motion. You could have
- photographed him clearly
- with a box camera. But
- the edge is the edge. It's
- a blade and sooner or
- later it will cut your
- feet from under you and
- you'll fall all the way
- from glory into nothingness.
- But if you're lucky--as
- he was--it won't happen
- till you're finished.
