Rapture For A Moment...Hell For A Lifetime!
Atom Age sleaze--pent-up post-war carnality which flaunted the taboo du jour.
A world of cruel passions, of man-eaters and man-haters, losers and the lost, locked in an eternal
struggle for dominance, lusting for relationships as healthy as a dose of Ebola.
Cover artwork gave a glimpse of forbidden pleasure and pain while an adman's hyperactive text bragged about
the daring expose within. The author's prose rarely lived up to the wrap-around promise, and the outrageous,
over-the-top blurbs generally revealed more in one sentence than all the interior pages combined.
In an ironic twist of moral virtue, the casual observer who saw the cover and glanced at the blurbs became
as tainted as the diligent reader.
She gave kisses...they gave cash!
They craved her. White and black alike
hungered for her clean, creamy beauty. She was temptation, and temptation is color
blind...which was the way she wanted it.
