Effect |
All characters who do not specifically avoid the new taxes with an Argument must pay at least 50 challock in taxes. After the Resolution Phase, each taxpaying character must submit a concealed paper to the Referee indicating how much tax is to be paid. The character paying the lowest amount is accused of tax evasion, loses 200 challock and gains a Black Strike. Characters using Arguments are not at risk of this fate. |
